Our company had been started it’s operation in 1995 as Install-M Bt. (Install-M Deposit company), it’s assignee, the Megaplan Építőipari Kft. was established in 1998. The company is the member of the Chamber of Engineering in Zala County since it’s establishment. We have been in possession of the ISO 9001 certification since 2003, accordingly the customer orientation is important for us, respectively the convenience for the quality standards and requirements.
Our main scope of activities in the building industry the planning and construction of master-builder and interior utilities engineering works, as well as the public utilities planning.
Our company deals with inner gas supply-, water-, canalization-, ventilation-, central heating plans of residential-, public-, communal-, industrial buildings; with the preparation and assemblage of the whole public services supply’s definite project plan of settlement divisions, communities; also it is assuming the planning of boiler-and-heating plants, technological systems. Our office division consist of professionals in possession of authority of planning concerning the above works, the design works happens with the assistance of Autocad drawing program, and with professional sizing programs.
In the building industry the main profile of our company is the building construction and civil engineering. Since 2002 we deal with civil engineering, among these water supply, canalization works and with the establishment and maintenance of sewage raising plants. Well-educated staff of professionals assists the job of our company, and responsible works managers, our equipment fleet also contributes to achieve the good results.
Also since 2002 we deal with the construction of block of flats, halls as prime contractor, respectively we undertake the renewal, reconstruction of private houses, flats, as the part of the building construction. The works are supervised by skilled colleagues in possession of the authority of responsible works manager and technical supervisor; people having the proper professional practice perform the job. Our company is in possession of a wide-ranging equipment fleet necessary for the construction works.
The building equipment and public utility construction also belongs to our scope of activities. Our company performs building equipment construction works since 1995, included the construction of the water-, gas- and central heating; cooling and ventilation, respectively we undertake the maintenance, the performance of halls heating, boiler-and-heating plants.
